The young twin duo of Cece and Joce from the suburbs of Toronto under the stage name Gem Shadou made a strong debut in 2018 and have been quietly building out a memorable space for themselves in their Canadian home base with a refreshing and eclectic mix of Reggae, Pop and Folk-Rock that is quickly capturing the ears and hearts of Canadian Reggae fans.
