Regardless of the mixed sentiment of the Jamaican music community, it is without a doubt that Cali Reggae Superstar Stick Figure is the #1 Reggae artist in the world in 2022.
From Itunes to Deezer, Stick Figure has been dominating the global Reggae space this summer, even finding his way into the Itunes Top100 in European Regions, a very uncommon feat for a US west coast artist.
This week "Paradise" Singer dropped his latest release, "Edge Of The Ocean", and snatched five spots on the Reggae Global Top40, which reflects cross-platform performance across 22 streaming platforms.
His latest release, Edge of the Ocean(1), pushed past Way of Life(2), Showdown(3), and Paradise(4) to top this week's chart.
Newcomer Kyle Smith made his debut with On My Way(5), ahead of the Kabaka Pyramid/Damian Marley collab Red Gold and Green(6), with Willz "You're My Inspiration slipping to number 7.
Hawaiian Caanan Ene made his debut at #8 with a cover of "Dont Know Why". Anora's "Love Me Easy" featuring Stick Figure falls to number 9, with "Bounce" by Maoli, J Boog and Fiji closing this week's Top 10 heavyweights.
