The rising Antiguan producer Andrew Dorsett aka Smilus steps out in the Caribbean fall with the riddim-driven "Project Romance".

The nine-track, soca-inspired, riddim-driven project showcases a premium selection of emerging acts from the eastern Caribbean on the verge of mainstream potential.

Lush and sweet, the riddim canvas is warm and inviting, with a sense of timelessness that makes it a hard pick of the litter.

Fellow Antiguans Asher Otto and acclaimed soca songwriter Kerry John team up on the banger "Different".

"Amazing" features the relatively unknowns Arlen Seaton and Jenny Medina who have properly introduced themsleves in fine style on this track.

Island Prince's "Come Close", is also another pleasant surprise alongside Young Lyrics, "Kiss", and the banger in the box "In My Feelings" with Janine and Wildfire.

A well-thought-out project of emerging talent, "Project Romance", produced by Antiguan Smilus is a strong signal from the EC that it wont be business as usual in a space yearning for good music.
