EarthKry's "Dandy Shandy" EP is a must-listen for fans of reggae music who appreciate a fresh and nostalgic sound.

The seven-track release is a compilation of the band's material that has been released sporadically over the last few years, but the timeless nature of the songs and the discerning craftsmanship that was put into the soundscape of the tracks make it worth the wait.

The band's soundscape echoes a familiar sound from the days when Orange street was the heartbeat of reggae, with tracks like "See You Again" and "Another Guy" showcasing EarthKry's unique and enduring sound.

The slow-burning single "Soon Come" is a throwback tribute to Jacob Miller that will be appreciated by fans who appreciate a slower and more introspective sound. The Peter Tosh tribute "Maaga Dog" is a standout track that showcases the band's signature soundscape while also pushing the boundaries of the genre.

Alborosie's contribution to the Dub version of the single that closes the EP is a testament to the quality of the material and the soundscape.

My only regret is that the album is not available on vinyl as it would be the ultimate testament to the quality of the material and the soundscape.

In conclusion, EarthKry's "Dandy Shandy" EP is a must-listen for fans of reggae music who appreciate a unique and timeless sound.

The band's approach to releasing material and focus on producing a high-quality soundscape is a strength that sets them apart in today's highly competitive reggae market.
